Challenge
Night alarms were frequent, but staff could not easily distinguish sensor noise from a real refrigeration event. Every uncertainty became a callout.
Modibus approach
Modibus gathered zone sensors, compressor status and door events locally, then applied basic filtering before sending alerts to the operations team.
Outcome
False alarms dropped and real events were easier to interpret. The team used door-open patterns to coach loading crews during peak hours.
