Challenge
The plant had good equipment but fragmented data. Operators could not easily see how pump energy, chilled water flow and tenant demand moved together.
Modibus approach
Modibus normalized meter and controller data, then forwarded selected KPIs to the energy management platform.
Outcome
Operators adjusted staging rules and spotted sensor drift earlier. Reporting for large tenants became faster and more transparent.
