Resultado
La planta consiguio una operacion mas estable, menos intervenciones imprevistas y una coordinacion mas rapida entre produccion, mantenimiento e IT. The depot reduced diagnostic waiting time and created a shared fault history across shifts. New technicians could learn from previous events rather than starting from zero.
