Valjakutse
Tiimil oli vaja uhendada eri vanuses seadmed ilma olemasolevat automaatikat valja vahetamata. Packaging lines were blamed on whichever machine stopped first. Root cause usually sat upstream, but logs were fragmented across HMIs.
Modibuse lahendus
Modibus paigaldati turvalise edge-kihina: andmed koguti lokaalselt, normaliseeriti ja jagati kontrollitult operatsiooni- ning hooldustiimidele. Modibus devices collected fault, temperature and conveyor state data from each line and published a unified event timeline.
Tulemus
Tulemuseks oli stabiilsem too, vahem planeerimata valjasoite ja kiirem koostoo tootmise, hoolduse ja IT vahel. Maintenance found repeat timing problems and adjusted preventive checks. The plant reduced nuisance stops during the evening shift.
